Dexter Field is located along Kenwood Road, just South of John Street. You will select a mound/bases distance when you submit your request. Dexter allows for Girls Fast Pitch, Little League, and Slow Pitch distances. Practices are not guaranteed base distances, but staff try to assist as best as possible with this. Dexter rates are as follows: Practice Rates: $15/two hours. Game Rates: $30/two hours. Supervisor: $10/hr. Lights: $10/hr. Dexter has portable restrooms available. The Douglass Annex has great space that can be used for many things. The max capacity is 70 and there are tables/chairs to use. It also has an adjoining kitchen available for a flat fee of $40 for the duration of the rental. The rental fee is: $45/hr for residents of the park district, $35/hr for non-profit groups. Hays Main Activity - ACTVT_HAYS_HAYSMAIN

The Hays Recreation Center is a great space for baby showers, birthday parties, meetings and more! The room comfortably holds 55 with tables & chairs, but can allow for up to 68. Tables & chairs are set up in the room for use. There is a full kitchen with 2 stoves, 3 ovens, 2 refrigerators, and dishes/utensils for use. Anything used for the rental needs to be cleaned & put back by the end of the rental. Fees: The room is $45/hr with a minimum of 2 hours and a max of 6 hours. The kitchen is a flat fee of $40 for the duration of the rental. A refundable deposit of $100 is required and due at the time of signing the rental agreement. The deposit will be refunded by check within 2 weeks after the rental, pending the state the facility is left in at the end of the rental. All setup and cleanup time must be allotted in the time given on the agreement. If a rental goes over the agreement time, the payment will be taken from the deposit.
